Ordering

You can order online, via email, by phone or by fax

NB: RENTAL PRODUCTS WILL REQUIRE A RENTAL CONTRACT PRIOR TO PRODUCT BEING DELIVERED. ORDERING, SHIPPING, PAYMENT & REFUNDS, WARRANTY APPLY TO SALE PRODUCTS ONLY.

To Order Online

If you wish to order, online registration is recommended. If you are short of time & wish to complete full registration at a later date we suggest that you register a minimum of your email address before completing your order.

  1. Click on the BUY button.
  2. Your item will be automatically added to the cart and your shopping cart will be displayed.
  3. Your cart details will also always appear in the top right of the screen.
  4. When you have finished shopping, click on the CHECK OUT button.
  5. You will be taken to the list of your cart details. You may edit your shopping list by adding quantities or removing products. When you are ready to finalise your order, click on CHECK OUT.
  6. Follow the simple step-by-step instructions to complete your order.

Checking Your Order Status

You may contact us directly from the email confirmation received after placing your order.

Freight Charges

Freight charges quoted on the website are estimates only. Freight may be less or more depending on your location and the carrier required. Freight will be calculated once your order is processed & packaged. We have negotiated low rates with Australia-wide carriers; however we are more than happy to use the carrier of your choice if you have an established account with a particular freight forwarder.

Payment

Accepted payments include Credit Card (VISA and MasterCard only), Paypal, Direct Deposit, or Cheque/Money Order.

You will be notified of total invoice value once your order is processed & any applicable freight charge applied. Payment options can be discussed & arranged at this time.
