Australian Sales Only
  • Premier Rentals only sell and ship Products within Australia. We will not make deliveries outside of Australia.
  • All products are quoted in Australian Dollars and include GST.

Payment Methods And Processing

  • Premier Rentals accepts Visa and MasterCard only.
  • Payment processing will not begin until we receive all the information we require.
  • Orders placed on a weekend or a Public holiday will not begin payment processing until the next business day.
  • Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding NSW Public holidays.
  • We process credit card payments after we have verified all your details telephonically.  
  • Premier Rentals reserves the right to cancel any transaction.
  • A tax invoice will be supplied with your delivery of your Order Confirmation. Your tax invoice is your proof of purchase after goods are delivered to you.
  • Note:
    • We are unable to accept credit cards issued by banks outside of Australia.
    • Credit cards may have daily spending limits that may substantially delay the processing of your order.
    • You may be required to provide further identification for additional security reference checks.

GST

  • Premier Rentals purchases include GST.

Prices

  • Premier Rentals lists Products with their most reasonable prices based on their value.
  • Premier Rentals reserves the right to change prices for Products displayed at Premier Rentals at any time.

Product Returns

  • No refunds, credit or replacements are offered if you have changed your mind about the product, make an incorrect choice, or failed to verify and accurately provide information when placing an Order.
